Warm cabbage salad


Ingredients:

  • 750 g cabbage
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 50 g bacon
  • vinegar

Preparation:
Pour the cooking water with the vinegar and ground caraway over the sliced or finely chopped cabbage cabbage, cover and simmer until the cabbage is soft. Grill the bacon till transparent, sprinkle over the cabbage, stir through and season.
