Ingredients:
- 4 large cooking apples
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Cranberry jelly
Preparation:
Remove the apple cores and fill the hollow with flakes of butter. Bake the apples in a 200 C oven for 15 minutes until the peel starts to split. Fill with the cranberry jelly and serve hot.
