Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for making our stay an absolute delight. Believe me, we would not usually write to a hotel to say thank you, but you and your family made us feel very welcome. You are so obviously a smart manager, and it is so nice that you are also kind and helpful. A funny story to share with your family. We arrived at our hotel in Bayreuth to find a wine list so awful you can't imagine. So we said OK," went out to our car, brought in one of the beautiful bottles of Nikolaihof that we bought when we left you and asked the hotel to chill it for our dinner. It was wonderful, of course.
